PERVAIZ ELAHI BECOMES NEW CM PUNJAB AS SC STRIKES DOWN MAZARI’S RULING


 ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Tuesday announced Deputy Speaker Dost Muhammad Mazari's decision on Punjab boss pastor's political race invalid and void and decided that Pervaiz Elahi will be the new boss priest of the area,


A three-part seat containing Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial and Justices Ijazul Ahsan and Munib Akhtar declared the decision after finishing of the contentions on Punjab CM political race case.


The summit court requested the Punjab Governor Balighur Rehman to manage the oat to Elahi at 11:30pm. The SC likewise invalidated all arrangements made by 'legal administrator CM' Hamza Shahbaz.

CJP Justice Bandial in his remarks said the interest of improvement of full court is a delaying procedure and said the full court might be open in the second multi day stretch of September.
