اسلام آباد: پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) کے بانی فواد چوہدری نے پیر کو کہا کہ سپریم کورٹ (ایس سی) نظریاتی گروپ کے باس یا پارلیمانی پارٹی کے پاس ہونے والے حتمی اختیارات پر فیصلہ کرے گی۔

فواد چوہدری نے فرخ حبیب کے ساتھ سوال و جواب کے سیشن میں کہا کہ سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ پاکستان میں اکثریتی قوانین کے نظام کو تقویت دے گا۔

He said that the top court showed tolerance and it acknowledged no tension. "I trust that the Supreme Court will give today decision and a majority rules government will be reinforced."
انہوں نے کہا کہ سپریم کورٹ نے تحمل کا مظاہرہ کیا اور اس نے کسی تناؤ کو تسلیم نہیں کیا۔ "مجھے یقین ہے کہ سپریم کورٹ آج فیصلہ دے گی اور اکثریتی اصولوں والی حکومت کو تقویت ملے گی۔"
Farrukh Habib said that individuals of Punjab gave their decision in the by-surveys. "A phony Punjab CM is expecting the workplace throughout the previous three months and how might the territory run in this present circumstance."
فرخ حبیب نے کہا کہ پنجاب کے افراد نے ضمنی سروے میں اپنا فیصلہ دیا۔ "پنجاب کا ایک جعلی وزیراعلیٰ پچھلے تین مہینوں میں کام کی جگہ کی توقع کر رہا ہے اور موجودہ حالات میں یہ علاقہ کیسے چل سکتا ہے۔"
Habib said that Article 63A of the Constitution was extremely clear and the Supreme Court's decision was not unclear too. He censured that all gatherings of the alliance government were not going after the legal executive and they are attempting to compress the court.
حبیب نے کہا کہ آئین کا آرٹیکل 63 اے انتہائی واضح ہے اور سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ بھی غیر واضح نہیں ہے۔ انہوں نے سرزنش کی کہ اتحادی حکومت کے تمام اجتماعات لیگل ایگزیکٹو کے پیچھے نہیں جا رہے اور وہ عدالت کو دبانے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں۔
The PTI pioneer said that choices will be taken for the matchless quality of regulation and constitution in the country.
پی ٹی آئی کے سرخیل نے کہا کہ ملک میں ریگولیشن اور آئین کے بے مثال معیار کے لیے انتخاب کیے جائیں گے۔
SC dismisses govt's appeal
The Supreme Court (SC) has dismissed the public authority's request for development of a full court seat to hear the instance of the Punjab boss pastor's (CM) political decision.
سپریم کورٹ (ایس سی) نے پنجاب کے باس پادری (سی ایم) کے سیاسی فیصلے کی مثال سننے کے لیے فل کورٹ سیٹ کی ترقی کے لیے پبلک اتھارٹی کی درخواست کو مسترد کر دیا ہے۔
A three-part pinnacle court seat, containing Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Justice Ijazul Ahsan and Justice Munib Akhtar, heard the supplication recorded by PML-Q pioneer Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi testing Punjab Assembly Deputy Speaker Dost Mohammad Mazari's choice in CM Punjab political race.

آج مشاورت کے دوران چیف جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال نے کہا کہ عدالت کو فل کورٹ کے انتظامات کا اندازہ لگانے کے لیے مخصوص چیزوں پر مزید جائز وضاحت کی ضرورت ہے۔ چیف جسٹس نے اسی طرح کہا کہ وہ غیر یقینی ہیں کہ مذکورہ ایڈمنسٹرنگ پر انتخاب آج کیا جائے گا۔
Last week, the top court asked Chief Minister Punjab Hamza Shahbaz to stay "lawful chairman" CM till Monday (July 25) and restricted his powers, taking note of that assuming he chooses somebody against merit, it will be viewed as invalid and void.
گزشتہ ہفتے سپریم کورٹ نے وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب حمزہ شہباز سے کہا کہ وہ پیر (25 جولائی) تک "قانونی چیئرمین" وزیراعلیٰ رہیں اور ان کے اختیارات کو محدود کر دیا، اس بات کا نوٹس لیتے ہوئے کہ وہ کسی کو میرٹ کے خلاف منتخب کرتے ہیں، اسے باطل اور کالعدم تصور کیا جائے گا۔
