PML-N LEADERS GET PROTECTIVE BAIL IN PUNJAB ASSEMBLY RIOTS CASE



ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has conceded 14-day defensive bail to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) pioneer Atta Tarar, and 12 others in the Punjab Assembly riots case, ARY News covered Monday.


As indicated by subtleties, the orders were passed by acting IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq on a request recorded by Special Assistant to head of the state (SAPM) Atta Tarar.


Equity Aamer Farooq conceded 14-day defensive bail to the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) pioneers against guarantee obligations of Rs25,000.


It is relevant to make reference to here that something like 13 heads of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) moved toward the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to look for defensive bail.


The party managers included Rana Mashood, Saiful Malook Khokhar, Adil Chattha, Attaullah Tarar, Shuaib Marth, Malik Ghulam .
