Pakistan continues to experience a decline in Covid-19 cases, according to ARY News on Wednesday, which cited the National Institute of Health, even though the country saw 158 new infections during the course of the day before (NIH).
From a total of 15,303 diagnostic Covid-19 tests, 158 samples were determined to be positive, according to the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Another person died from the fatal sickness around the same time.
The finding of additional instances caused the COVID-19 positive ratio to decrease from 1.38 percent the day before to 1.03 percent.
Approximately 105 coronavirus patients were being treated in intensive care units (ICU) at various hospitals across the US, according to the NIH's report.
It is significant to note that, of the approximately 1.5 million Covid-19 infections that have been documented in Pakistan so far, 30,596 deaths have been attributed to coroanvirus-related causes.
